This event is open to archers in a participating OAS School Team. Registration will open on The Quiver later in 2017. Registration fee is $25 per archer.

Olympic Archery in Schools (OAS) is a nationwide program with schools in California, Colorado, Florida, Texas, New York, and Utah.  After competing in their local conference championships, schools are now headed to their State Championships.  Our center is excited to support OAS and host the California Championship where our state champions will be named.

Calling all OAS archers in California!  Join us for our California State Championships! This one day tournament will bring together all of our OAS schools in the state for a fun day of archery and competition.  Archers will have the opportunity to compete for medals in the ranking round, Olympic round, and Team Round events as well as the State Champion Title. A trophy will also be given to the top middle schools and high schools.

The tournament will be held at The Easton Archery Center of Excellence in Chula Vista, CA

Lunch will be available for purchase on site.

WHAT TO BRING
All of your archery equipment
Water
Sunscreen
Hat
Fold-up chair
Pop-up tent in case of RAIN or SHINE!
Be prepared for Rain. Event goes Rain or Shine!
Money for lunch, snacks, and entry fee if paying at the check in table

RULES
Please see the OAS League Handbook for all OAS competition rules.

The competition will start with a 36 arrow ranking round.  Archers will shoot 3 arrows per end with 2 minutes per end.  Awards are given for the top 4 archers in each division.

In the afternoon, archers will compete in their singles or triples matches.  Awards are given to the top 4 singles and top 4 triples.
